Artie DePinho

Founder

Artie DePinho was born and raised in Boston, MA. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Entertainment and Event Management from Johnson and Wales University and his Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He has worked in the professional sports industry since 2002 and has over eighteen years of involvement with professional boxing. During that time, he has learned how the business of boxing operates and has gained contacts worldwide. He has experience in boxer development, marketing, matchmaking, and promoting. Some of the company’s that he worked for include Big Six Entertainment, TKO Boxing Promotions, and Classic Entertainment & Sports. Artie has had the privilege of being involved with developing hundreds of careers including Terrence Crawford, Leo Santa Cruz, Peter Manfredo Jr., Jason Estrada, and Greg Vendetti. In 2018, Artie transitioned to the management side of boxing. His knowledge, experience, and network of contacts put him in an exceptional position to be a boxing manager. Artie’s newly formed company, Waymaker Management, is now taking on prospective clients to help navigate through the business side of boxing.
